Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and passed the quality inspection.

Refund Mode

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or other agreed method upon submission of valid bank details.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Product returned with missing parts or accessories.
• Minor damage not reported at the time of delivery.
• Non-compliance with return conditions.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Products not eligible under return guidelines.
• Requests made beyond the stipulated return window.
• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
