However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Certain products such as personal care items, innerwear, perishable goods, customized products, and hygiene-related items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details.
- Once approved, return pickup will be arranged (where serviceable), or you may be asked to self-ship the product.
- The product will undergo a quality check upon receipt before approval of refund.
